Use your experience and make a difference

In addition to trained mentors we are looking for Work Place Specialists to support the delivery of Stand Out, especially those based in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Bedford. We will be recruiting these volunteers throughout November (sign up here).

There are four different ways to get involved:

- Provide Job Application and Interview Support

- Join an Employer Panel

- Support Speed Networking

- Support home groups as an accredited coach

Why does Stand Out exist?

Stand Out exists to turbo charge the job search of  the young people we work with, helping them to achieve their potential by equipping them with the knowledge, networks, skills and confidence they need to stand out and succeed into the world of work.

The Stand Out programme will support 400 young people from across the UK over the course of two programmes taking place in July and October 2021.
