Stand Out is a FREE online month-long daily programme for 18 - 25 yr olds to support you find a job PLUS up to a year of FREE mentoring to help you stand out in a competitive job market.


Stand Out connects you with employers, gives you access to a coach and provides a month of structured, live daily online sessions that provide concrete insight into topics such as how recruiters work, how to ace job interviews, presenting yourself for success and much more besides. Sessions are available to rewatch and catch up with whenever you like.


From online socials to meeting with employers to resilience workshops, it has everything you need to help you find a job, develop your skills and make new friends. Plus your trained mentor who will support and guide you every step of the way.

Having trouble finding a job?

Not even sure what you want to do?

Sign up today and you’ll join an online employability and mentoring programme. You'll attend daily sessions for one month that will offer bespoke support and connect you with employers. Plus you’ll be matched with your own trained mentor and receive one-to-one high quality mentoring for up to a year after. You will be part of a supportive community of young job-seekers and connected to an encouraging network of volunteers, experts, employers, tutors and mentors. We’ll provide you with industry insights, help you develop new skills,  and encourage you to build and create useful networks with professionals.

In addition to a mentor for every young person on Stand Out, over 150 volunteers have so far committed their time to support participants on Stand Out. Each young person will benefit from personal support with their CV and covering letter, as well as mock interview practise and a range of careers panels. Volunteers on Stand Out are drawn from a wide range of companies including PWC, AMX, Arup, Siemens, and Proctor & Gamble.
